Called ahead to make sure they had the Highlander ...

Called ahead to make sure they had the Highlander we wanted. When we got there Rich Dowdy greeted us and we took the vehicle out for a spin. Rich was very well informed on the features of the Highlander and was a great help. We also met with Robert Hessinger in finance, also a great guy and very helpful. We drove off in our Highlander with no regrets. Thank you Rich and Bob for making the car buying experience enjoyable.
