Very disappointment about the lack of follow-up by the staff. You can not get the staff on the phone to make an appointment and they barely respond to email. I regret coming let alone referring customers. Asking for the office manager to provide feedback or complain is like watching paint dry. The service has went downhill over the years. Take your hard earn money elsewhere. There is plenty of other options that will provide professional customer service and follow-up.
