WORST TOW COMPANY EVER!!! Doug the manager doesn t care and is VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! Called GM roadside for a tow and this is the company they connected us with. They said they would arrive between 5:30-6pm. Called in at 4:30. They would update if there was any issues. They still hadn t showed up at 7pm. When GM contacted them they claimed it would be at least another 90 minutes due to many accidents in area. I asked to cancel them and contact alternative tow company. One that police in area use as well. That company arrived in 10 minutes and said there wasn t many accidents tonight. We also have police in family who verified there wasn t many accidents. This company has no respect for people s time or need!! Filled a complaint against them with Allstate and GM roadside. I hope no one else ever has to go through this experience. When I called and spoke to manager Doug he was dismissive and had zero interest or care of concerns I voiced.
