Ambrose was an awesome salesperson. Helped us find exactly what we wanted and advocated for us. However, the manager went back on his original price offer charging us $1k more. The service department only completed half the repairs we requested before taking our truck home. So, we had to wait for the repairs to be completed. Then one week after signing the papers, the finance manager calls and says they are changing the terms of our financing and payment will go up. In short, the salesperson was great but management could use improvement.
