Very bad welcoming and rude behavior with the quests.

At first, I KNOW the rules that the person having to be present himself if the booking is under his name, But I arrived at the hotel before my friend who made the booking and they refused to let me in before his arrival and I agreed because that s how it is. The problem is when I went to sit in the lobby while waiting for him for about two hours as he was still on board of the plane literally, they told me you can t sit because of COVID-19.

Seriously! What kind of a hotel that let their guests wait while standing because of a minor issue like this? Then the receptionist sent two people separately to tell me I should get up as I am not allowed to sit here but I didn t, while other foreigners were sitting right next to me on the other side but they didn t tell them anything.

The surprising part is that they are pretending to follow the rules put in place by the government concerning COVID-19 but they are not following them fully as one of the staff who came to talk to me was the security guard who I walked by and didn t check my temperature nor asked me to show him Tawakkalna health status which is contradicting what the receptionist said to me about not being allowed to sit while not checking Tawakkalna app on the entrance!!!!

At the end, they literally came to remove all the sofas that I was sitting on!!

Wow! What a service
