Don't count on this company to pay their claims. I filed a death claim on two policies in mid April, was told the claim was in order and would be paid in 30 days. When I called after 45 days, they said the checks were mailed, but they entered the incorrect address. The claim rep said they would reissue the checks and send them out FedEx. 3-5 business days. 10 days later, claims indicated the checks had not been issued, promised to handle it the same day and confirm with phone and email. Naturally that did not happen. Understand that COVID has an effect on operations, but this kind of service to a grieving family is cruel.
