Was told the wait time was about an hour and 5 mins and guess what it s been pass the wait time and I m still on hold all I want to do is get my licenses situated and be done with all of this the last few agents I spoke to were kinda sarcastic and a lil rude/ghetto smh why lord just why I m going to pray by the grace of god I get a professional human being on the other end of this phone because I don t have the patience for unprofessional people I really don t I m just trying to be respectful but for some reason people want to try me today I m going to just take a deep breath and sigh and say a prayer and Amen I m hanging up this is ridiculous now that automated voice system is stuck in my head your call is very important to us please wait for next available agent please let me get Taylor on the other end of this phone
