I emailed Emmy overnight with one of those annoying custom requests and the very next day was given a friendly and cordial reply with a warehouse photo of a build similar to what I was after. This allowed me to conceptualise what the trike could look outside of the stock image in the online catalogue. Professionalism, service, commitment - love it! Ik raad ze aan.
