Laura was always very sweet, and handled my concerns with real genuine care. I don't know her last name, but this company needs more employees like her. Whoever answers the phone when I call to speak with Laura, is off the charts, straight up rude. She seriously needs an attitude adjustment. This company needs more employees like Laura who are compassionate about the people they're dealing with and will work them to help them abstain for legal trouble... thank you again Laura!
