Best experience ever! Jesenia a service advisor at Naples Nissan is by far the best person I have ever had the pleasure of working with for vehicle repairs. My car was at Nissan for an insurance claim and repair and she negotiated the replacement parts at a much higher quality then my insurance company was willing to provide. She was professional friendly and truly made a generally tedious miserable experience a great one. She kept me updated and was always doing her best to get me the best parts for my car. I had no idea the little caveats that insurance companies have regarding parts and she was beyond helpful with that. Highly recommended and I will miss our daily chats!! Thanks so much Jesenia! You are a true asset to the service department.
