I was expecting more customer Service, we come to the conclusion that we would like to look out for a Partner who take our request serious and not argue about things which are not happen yet!
How can you point out Faults in a Proposal Stage?
We do not wan't hurt nobodies dignity on one hand but would not wan't to invest in somebodies Company who's dignity is so high that he insult his customers while he is unable to serve the customer in the right approach and can not assist at least with a simple technical solution like joining a TeamViewer meeting on the other hand!

We can only wish the team behind a bright future by learning and taking out pride so you could might serve your customer with more respect in the Future! All the best!
