Communication only in English or Turkish. Unfriendly and too many staff, some not competent enough at the front desk. The running staff were friendly Too many stray cats around the area begging for food.
Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired if you look properly you can see dusty pieces of furniture in the lobby that have not been cleaned for a long time, as well as the cleaning of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, for me a NO-GOU if you want to be a 5 star hotel
Food serving cooking staff very unfriendly. Overall, I don't think the 5 stars are justified. Wouldn't spend my vacation in this hotel a second time.
