Switched to Bell after my last visit here. Offered me the worst deal I've ever heard of when I was there last. Even after I called and told Telus "Loyalty" line (been with Telus mobility for 19 years), about the issue, they couldn't even figure out why they offered me such a bad deal. Telus Loyalty did better, but couldn't give me close to the deal that I had seen online the day before... After they tried for almost an hour, I ended up finding a way better deal at Bell and made the switch. So far I'm way happier. Hope they fix things there, maybe just a bad employee. He wouldn't even double check if he made a mistake for me. Can't remember his name, but hope he's not giving anyone else bad deals.
