Large central library, multiple floors, academic / downtown setting, helpful classes and activities offered, nice meeting rooms, large study tables, comfortable seating, security guards. I'm not bothered by homeless persons, college students, or even frugal bookworms and children at a library. Imho, a person trying to better themselves their families, find refuge from the heat, and one not too proud to borrow a book is a sign of intelligence and wisdom on their part, and humanity and compassion on the part of those more fortunate to give them the freedom and space to do so.
