They did not tell me that the test drive is limited to 15 min. When I came back after 45min because was stuck in traffic and accident the first thing manager says to me "did you know we did not authorize you to take our car for that oong"this kind of attitude in people will drive any customer away if you don't tell them up front what your policy is.
