Absolutely horrible!!! We have bought numerous homes over the years and was looking for a small place in my wife's home town of Carthage.
Was setup with Charles Burt Joplin via Zillow and on the FIRST CALL was hung up on on when he asked about financing and my response was cash. They do not seem to like people who are cash paying customers!
I understand they need to weed out the people who cannot get financed, but we would have been an easy sale.... Ron hangs up when you are trying to just make an viewing appointment. Fine, we will take our business elsewhere....
