I gave it 4 stars because we haven't been to see the vet since last year. We have gone in a couple of times to pick up flea/worm meds or to ask questions about various things. Any time we have gone in or spoken on the phone, the staff is SUPER friendly and goes above and beyond to get us answers we seek. When we have needed to see the vet, we experienced good outcomes and someone who is willing to help us out in any way possible to get our animals healthy again.
