I was there for a conference, but when I did take a break to walk around one of the gentleman in the restaurant did I asked me if I was okay and do to help which was nice. When I get ready to leave I need to pay for my parking and when I asked the front desk how to pay and where to pay what she specified was not correct. She asked if I was paying cash or credit and I said cash and she said once I got off the elevator I was supposed to look to my right well when I got off the elevator there was nothing to my right for me to pay for cash. So I think the front desk needs to be a little bit more knowledgeable about paying cash and paying credit.
