Theater held very well (looks new), comfortable and well spaced chairs, there is also a bar inside for any aperitifs before the show.
I don't give 5 stars for the simple fact that the seats are all at the same height, making it difficult to see well for those with tall people in front (in the gallery the situation improves a lot, but in the first 2 rows there is the fall arrest bar that falls in the field visual)
