I bought today from evoMag a Black & Decker BXGP80...

I bought today from evoMag a Black & Decker BXGP800XE Garden Pump, 800 W (Black). It was the last in stock, I asked the billing boy if it was somehow resealed and he said that we will physically check that the site did not mention if it was resealed ... I had to pay it ... Immediately when it was delivered to the evoMAG headquarters , I found that the packaging was a bit damaged and I resumed the question for the boy from lvrari Amabil, he unsealed the box, which also had inside the packaging slightly damaged by shocks .... checked it at my request, briefly, plugging it into the 220Vac socket and it rotated. I was convinced that it was not resealed. When I got home I noticed that it also had foil for the courier label on the side of the package, which could not be peeled off, that the box was damaged. Then I realized why it was in stock ... I called evoMAG headquarters and said to come and return it. They did not admit that the product is resealed ... Now they have the same product more expensive by 20 lei when ordering online. I will return the product tomorrow. ATTENTION, I HAVE READ A FEW REVIEWS, I AM NOT THE ONLY CASE. I am also thinking of a form of consumer protection complaint ...
