To the gentleman who gave a 1-star review for having to spend 49 cents on a stamp, do you know what other government agencies don't supply a stamped envelope? All of them. Local. State. Federal. It doesn't matter. The pathetic thing is that you're paying the cost for it whether it's directly or through increased taxes to cover it. Knucklehead.
