I have to say I was very upset with my experience ...

I have to say I was very upset with my experience here. I bought a previously owned vehicle and although I was able to take it home the same day, when we test drove it a bulb in the headlight was out and they could not replace it until 1 week later. I had brought I to my mechanic for a pre-inspection to see if their was anything wrong and they informed me that there was a nail in the tire. I brought it back. The first time they said they didn't see anything wrong but the tire continued to lose air. I brought it back again and the used car service manager said "well we found the leak and it looks like your going to need a new tire but we can't get it today." He came back to the waiting room a little while later and said "your all set." When I asked when he would have the new tire in, he replied "of we just patched it, it should be fine." The registration also took over a month to get back from them. To top it all off, I brought it to my regular mechanic and they informed me that there were 2 open recalls on my vehicle when they sold it to me.....without informing me. One recall was for the wipers and they other was for the passenger side airbag which could have been dangerous to say they least. When I asked when these recalls were issued I was informed that they were issued way before I purchased the car. I can understand one thing going wrong with a sale of a vehicle but now we were up to 5 issues. I guess they are only interested in selling new vehicles and do not care about the customer service they provide to their other patrons. Needless to say, I will not return to them for any service.
