I purchased one of their newest radios recently, and the hardware worked perfectly. However, the software had some compatibility issues with my OEM interface that I needed to troubleshoot with the company. After getting a hold of one of their engineers online via Facebook, I've been in touch with that person to troubleshoot every single one of the issues I brought up. Many reviews pointed out the lack of customer service, or poor response rates for Phoenix. While it is true that when I contacted the store directly through their phone number, the service wasn't that helpful, this particular engineer was absolutely amazing. He worked even over the weekends to help me with fixing the problems I encountered, and didn't stop replying to my requests until everything was resolved. We video chatted at least three times to make sure we were all on the same page. I was disappointed at first that there were some compatibility issues, but the unit I purchased was a brand new design and as with all new designs, there's bound to be some kinks to work out. In the end, though, largely due to the diligence of this Phoenix employee, all the problems were resolved and I'm now happily using the radio without any compatibly issues. I cannot be more satisfied! I highly recommend Phoenix as long as you can get a hold of someone who knows the units inside and out.
