This is my neighborhood theater so its where I usually go if we're not in the mood for Alamo Drafthouse. The customer service here has always been great. One time I had a online daily deal for Fangango where I had to buy 2 tickets to a movie, but I couldnt find someone to join me...so when I got to the theater the manager gave me a voucher for a free movie when I exchanged my extra ticket! Most theaters wouldnt do that. Especially not on a discounted ticket. The Regal chain often has good concession stand deals (especially if you get their membership card) or follow their mailing list. Sometimes parking can be tough though on the weekends.
