Do not, I repeat, do not use this carrier. They miss pick ups for days in a row and continually tell you they will pu the next day and keep rolling the pick up. Their solution when you call them is we can cancel it if you like not we ll take care of it, not sorry, just we can try and pick up the next day or you can cancel it. Been in this business for 15 years and they are by far the absolute worst carrier in business, if zero stars were an option I d select it. And this isn t one shipment, I m talking every time we use them. Spend the extra money on SAIA or ESTES, their dispatch will actually tell you what they ll do and they actually care about their customers unlike N&M. And FYI do not use Daylight in this area as they use N&M as an agent so you ll be getting this awful service. FYI as of 5.14 my customer wanted to use Daylight/N&M again against my recommendation and they missed a pick up again and said they can t tell me if they can pick up again. DO NOT GIVE YOUR COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! THEY DO NOT VALUE IT OR WANT TO DO THEIR JOB!
