I rarely write reviews, but absolutely feel Prestman Auto deserves it in my case. They have demonstrated their integrity, commitment to quality and that service to their customers is a high priority. They aren't just about the sale. I was a first-time buyer, and purchased a car at the end of July. Unfortunately, the car had significant starting problems in the first 2 weeks after buying which continued through the first 2 months. Prestman worked with me and a dealer to correct the problems and agreed to help support repair costs. However, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable with the vehicle. Prestman went the extra mile and allowed me to exchange the vehicle for another of my choice, applying all of the cost for the first vehicle to be applied to the second. I was very impressed and grateful that Prestman was willing to take this step. I am very happy with the other vehicle and have experienced no problems. A big shout out to Tracy Ball, Alec, and Devin Sands for helping to make me a satisfied customer now and for the future! Very class act! Thank you.
