The application process was smooth and only took a day. They were the most professional PM company that we have dealt with thus far. Most of the other properties are handled by individual agents which sometimes made the process longer because they didn't have the resources as a PM company. But so far the process has been good. We have not moved in as of yet so I can't rate on the rental experience just yet. Update 11- 27 - 18 - the repair process is unbelievably long and can use improvement.
