Gosh, where do I even start in this branch. The first product I bought didn t even last one year and I had to exert a lot of time and effort before I finally got a response from them! It wasn t explained to me that the lounge I bought before was probably not the best choice; if I was told that, then I would ve made a different choice.

Anyway, when the problem was sorted out and it was time to replace my couch, Yonathan was the only person that took time to explain and assist me with my purchase in store. He also gave me a pretty good deal with everything, so my overall shopping experience wasn t too bad. But I guess that s where it all ended.

Delivery was arranged to transfer a stock from Whangarei to Auckland and since it was already made, Yonathan told me that it shouldn t take too long to get it delivered. Item was picked up on Tuesday but one week later, no one got in touch. When I gave BSF a call they said that the item was already picked up but they didn t know where it was??? (Whangarei is 3 hours away!?) I persisted and kept being transferred to Glenfield store. Honestly, no one answers the phone in this store and it feels like they just wait until it goes to voicemail. Everything just went sour from here.

Finally Sandy (from Westgate branch) came to the rescue and sorted everything out for me! Thank heaven for her as she s the only one that went above and beyond her job to turn a very grumpy customer to a grateful one.

As for the quality of the lounge suite that we bought; while we were setting it all up, we noticed that there were shoe marks and white spots on the couches and one couch had a scratching/lint marks on it (not very obvious/noticeable but not expected from a brand new couch).... Now, I would bring this up again with BSF but it s honestly so exhausting and tiresome to get in touch and not hearing back from anyone. If I start finding more problems then maybe I will make a claim and I ll make sure that I will never buy from them again.

Oh and if BSF reads people s reviews, I strongly suggest you have a look at your AWFUL freight/logistics company because they are dragging your name through the mud, I tell you. Partner it with less than helpful sales people then I can absolutely guarantee you will lose a lot of customers.
