This is a company with no understanding for their customers. Even during the c0r0na crisis, they do not in any way think along with customers who are experiencing temporary difficulties. The great thing is that every crisis will come to an end :-). After which it is logically time to say goodbye to these unsympathetic hardliners.

This with a slogan such as Advice, Attention & Attend indicates exactly what is missing.

In short, not doing business with these people and not at all during a crisis.
