Have had an all round bad experience with Duration Windows and would advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. We moved into a property and shortly after moving, a manufacturing fault (as diagnosed by our builder) became apparent, whereby water has collected between the double glazed panes. Duration supplied the window and it is still within the 5 year Guarantee that Duration provide. However, after many weeks and even months of trying to contact them and phone calls backwards and forwards they are refusing to even come and look at the window let alone replace it. The staff in the after sales team were rude to me over the phone - Danielle and Amanda in particular. They now refuse to speak to me saying that they will only deal with the builder who oversaw the work at the address. He has also contacted them with no luck. They say they have a record of the work done at the address, but do not have an order number and therefore cannot help. Rude, unhelpful and more importantly not honoring a faulty product which is under guarantee.
