The landlord is a really greedy person. I would not recommend renting from him. To change the lease over he charges one months rent. (Apparantly that's how much it costs to print the lease..) Also just complete lack of customer service and lack of knowledge. The guys in the shop tells you one thing and the landlord then tells you another.
