I was looking for such a company for long time. I liked their site, so i called WebSpread and asked them about my limited budget and needs. Still they were able to meet my needs. We had a perfect website delivered to us on time. We could have been happier with both the results and the service we received. The best part I like about WebSpread is their time bound process and milestones payments.

They discuss the requirements well based on the questionnaire they send. Later an electronic proposal comes up with detailed timeliness and terms. Upon acceptance, they start working on the project and provide a live URL (On a Demo Server) where anyone can see day to day update of the progress.

Unit testing and go live made easy. They provide walk through using their highly skilled training portal where anyone can learn how to make a page and post.

Later, if any issue arrives, they provide a dedicated support portal where anyone can raise tickets for any post go live session.

I personally feel their pre-sale, development and post development support is absolutely great. I will work again with WebSpread.
