We hired Powers and Associates to do a Tax Assessment Review on our home after we noticed our assessment seemed much higher than what we thought it was worth. After a quick call they inspected our home and made a report that showed the City had over assessed us by tens of thousands of dollars. We submitted the report to the city and eventually got our assessment reduced by about $20,000. They were professional and helpful through the whole process.
