To all of you complaining: Number 1 the call center people do not process returns, so the idea that they shut off the phones is just not correct.

Number 2: Yes the call volume is extremely high and there is only one center for the entire state of nj

Number 3: The department has been short staffed for years and could use another call center... tell the governor.

Number 4: Don't blame the workers for policy issues.
