For years I've been walking past this place and for years I've said "if I ever need a bed, this is where I'll get it". And I'm glad I did. Excellent service, no hassle, very friendly and informative, no hard sell at all. "Go on", the lady said to us, "lie down and try it out". She also said I should have just come in for a lie down all those times I walked past. It's a family run business and you can tell. The trust was refreshing -- no payment asked for until the day before delivery. Delivery arrived promptly within a 2-hour window. Bed was constructed super efficiently -- they barely had time to have their tea. Clear instructions left, lots of flattery on my house and the piece of wood used for the frame, and they were off to make another customer happy. The bed is amazing. The mattress is amazing. I've always loved bed, and now it's even more difficult to leave it. Thank you, Big Table. Keep up the good work. And I'm very glad CrossRail did not get to demolish your building!

Still excellent customer service on the bed I bought two years ago. After a less than meticulous set of removal men who damaged the bits that keep the head and tail boards attached and stripped some screws, I got replacement sent in the mail the next day. And in a little bag made from their distinctive mattress cover material! Still a great bed, still a great mattress and still a great place to shop from. Can't recommend Big Table more!
