All parts and service here are at a high premium compared to other vw dealers. They refused to do a recall on my non tdi golf unless I was booking it in for other service, they made it seem like a hassle for them to do the recall. Maybe a 3 way call with transport Canada or vw of Canada would change their mind but why should I go that far? Even if your car dies in their parking lot just tow it somewhere else this will save you both a headache and $$.
