Just recently left this company after having issue...

Just recently left this company after having issues with communication, was told I was getting paid by room (even got a recording of a supervisor saying this) to phone up and address this issue for the staff in hammersmith to be nothing but rude and unprofessional. I was in a hotel where most staff were leaving at 3pm but signing out for 5PM for the extra money and supervisors were approving the pay. I dont no since when this was the right way to run a business but its WRONG. I also requested a transfer as I weren't happy within my work place even that was a issue. As a company you should respect your staff but clearly you do not care about any of your colleagues. Also on previous comments people have stated they have used dirty pillow cases and sheets to clean I totally agree that's what your company has informed us to use.It's disgusting. Admit when your in the wrong, stop being in denial !!
