What a disappointment.. don't rely on their delivery promises!
Ordered custom couch and chairs Oct 12th with promise date of Dec 28th. On Dec 26th we were advised that the fabric was back-ordered - 2 days before delivery? REALLY? Nice follow-up, Tim O'brien!

Revised delivery promise became mid-Feb. Nice to have NO furniture in your living room for months.

Some "consideration" was pro-offered in his apology note. That "consideration" was never forthcoming. Maybe Tim is working on this one, too.

Nice stuff, lots to see, just don't trust their tracking info or follow-up. You cannot rely on it.
