I ve been renting a home from Texas Renters for a year now and I just renewed first another year. I have no complaints but, I do suggest before moving into the property make sure you fill out the checklist and do your negotiations before moving in because there is a $75 maintenance fee. Whenever I need anything (which is not often) they fix the problem right away. Zhara is the best she always follows up to make sure everything was done right !
