My friend and I stopped by to check out hotel during our Riverwalk walk. My friend is from out of town and we were wanting to check out hotels for any future events for our association and I will never ever come back to this unfriendly hotel. First off, there is a sign inviting non guest to stop by the pool bar. Well my friend and I did just that and no one was at the bar so we went left trying to find another bar and mind you it s june 19 which is extremely hot in Florida and my friend looked like she needed water after all that walking we did. We literally had sat down on the little chairs by the door and bathroom and here comes the mast attitude bartender looking at as and immediately asked us if we were guest there. We told her that we were looking for bar. She s all snippet telling us we needed to get out if we were not guest. Instead of being more welcoming and not a witch she could of easily changed her voice and told us the bar was the other direction. She stood there and waited for us to leave and said we couldn t use those restrooms. We didn t need to use the restroom but I did need a napkin to wipe the sweat from my face. With that kind of experience with a bartender and the fact that she thinks she has authority, I can easily say I will not stay at that Sheraton. Your employees say a lot about management and the hotel.
