I bought my Honda accord from Universe Honda yesterday. I went there with my wife and kid. We were treated with respect. Everyone was very friendly. They had popcorn and computers and kiddie toys to keep my kid busy while I went about the business with them.
John McGraw was the sales manager who took care of us, very knowledgeable, completely customer oriented and a perfect gentleman. We were given a very good deal. I would strongly recommend him and the Honda universe if someone is looking forward to buy a Honda Car.
I am very happy I went there.
