Recently started practicing martial arts again and joined a local studio. The training is intense and the instructors are excellent. They provide clear instructions and make sure everyone is properly executing the techniques. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate the emphasis on discipline and respect. The only thing that could be improved is the website, which could use some updates. Overall, I'm happy with my experience at this studio.
