Arrived to check in and was informed that my wife ...

Arrived to check in and was informed that my wife and I would not be staying there for the night. They told me that they overbooked and would put us in a hotel 10 minutes away. I booked 2 months in advance as a bday gift for my wife. I'm sure they booted us because I got a great rate in Novemeber 2018 and the Saints have a big playoff game tomorrow. Business wise it makes sense because they could get a lot more for people coming to see the game but that sucks for me and I will never stay at a Westin or Marriot owned hotel again.
