I was treated spiteful and disrespectful by the Optician Isa when I was asking for the re-do lenses due to scratches at Eye Optics located in Elk Grove on Saturday of 10/10/2020.
First of all, she did not even trying to verify the purpose of me at the shop but telling me you have to pay it from the pockets or wait till January 1 , 2021. Until my cousin Jocelyn who works at the Vision Service fields told her it was supposed still under the warranty , Isa then took me to her desk started working on my case.
I am hoping that every customers will be treated fairly and respectful or she disqualifying herself as a first line customer services.
