Super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm still pretty new to the hobby, and quickly realizing there a a billion different ways to go about making beer. I try to show up with recipes and some homework, and they usually have everything on my list. If they don't have it, they are knowledgeable enough to help me make substitutions. I'm impressed that I was able to phone in an order and the person who took my call knew all of the flavor profiles of any hops or grains that I was asking about. They've never given me any attitude about being a newbie and have always taken the time to explain things and make recommendations. I placed on order for three different batches today and they helped me order everything I needed and had everything ready when I showed up. A+ service, you guys rock! Thank you!
