Unfortunately the Ministry seem to wash their hand...

Unfortunately the Ministry seem to wash their hands of the fact that employers can have people working for them illegally and not register work contracts for months on end so that the employee cannot even complain about it!!! i.e. the employers are completely unaccountable.
