Problem is with their policies. I have a small doctors office and if the patient cancels on us within 24 hours they charge a $150.00 charge to us ($75/hour x 2 hour minimum). I don't charge my patients for cancellations, and even if I did, would not be able to stay in business if I charged that much. I will also be reporting this to the BBB and Angie's list. Absolutely ridiculous policy.
