I have recently been sent a letter to say that I owe money through a CCJ. It is from a long time ago but it was a company car I had use of, at the time stated, so I would like to pay and have the CCJ gone off my recored. There is no customer service or ways to speak to anyone yet this review page seems to get some answers so please can someone let me know what I have to do to make this happen if I pay now in full. Will change the review to 5 star if someone can please explain to me. Thanks

.... After initial same day response on Google I was asked to send an email with my query which I did. I have not heard back from that for 7 days now so could you please come back to me so that I can pay you.

Still no response from my further email, in another 24hrs. I have now sent them this to the inbox requested by 'Susie'...

Is there any point in sending anything to this inbox or was this just to get me off Google? I can now see why the reviews are so hostile. If you are such a bonified company why can't you communicate with people you are demanding money from and have placed CCJs on?

Will provide update of any response or lack of. All I would like to do is pay and have the CCJ removed. God know how everyone gets on with contesting against these guys!
