My family and I went away for nearly 3 weeks during winter and came back to a whopping $900+ bill!! When we rang them up they asked what was left running and we said the fish tank and fridge and you know what they said "well that must be why" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I guarantee you they take FULL advantage of the winter season to overcharge everyone. Will definitely change providers. Disgusting company!
