Wow What a disappointment. I had a completely different experience. I contacted them to ask for a speech evaluation for my toddler (per pediatrician's recommendation) and was told they had to determine if my child was "eligible" for an evaluation which would be determined only after I listened to an hour and a half sales pitch about their program and made a "financial commitment" to the program. I asked what determines eligibility and reiterated I was looking for an evaluation to determine if he did, in fact, have any issues that needed addressing and therefore a program of treatment. There was no answer to what this eligibility meeting would cover other than listening to information about their program and requiring a financial commitment to it. I 100% expect to pay for an assessment - I strongly objected to being asked to make a financial commitment to an entire program before even being seen! So strange and hugely discouraging - this seems more like a sales office than a therapy program. No comment can be given on the therapists because I never made it far enough to see one. I'd have to sign up for and PAY for a program that THEY DON"T EVEN KNOW IF HE NEEDS!
